Shipping and Return.

How can I track the shipping?
After you have completed your checkout, you are done. We are then preparing your item for shipping. After your item(s) ship, you will receive an automated tracking email so you can follow your item in the process.

What is Our return policy?
We just love happy customers. We're here to help. For U.S. orders, you may return your item for Oscar Marcus Fashion shopping credit.
Please follow these simple steps:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery by submitting a request through our Contact Us page or email us at oscarmarcusfashion@gmail.com. To help expedite your request, please provide your order number and reason for return.
Once reviewed, we will inform you that you can go ahead and ship the item back.
The item(s) will be reviewed once received. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was listed with the security tag intact. Otherwise, the item will be returned to you.
Once processed, you will receive an email to notify you that shopping credit has been applied to your account. Shopping credit may only be applied to the account from which the purchase was made.
* Please note: A 10% restocking fee may apply. We usually do not charge the restocking fee 10% if the item returns to us unused and in same condition as we shipped it. Shipping and other fees incurred are non-refundable. Items not shipped within 7 days, and tracking information provided to us,  will not be processed for return.
Final sale items, jewellery and international purchases are not eligible for returns.
